The Deputy Chief, Bureau of Support Services is an executive level position under the direct leadership of the Chief of Police. The Deputy Chief, Bureau of Support Services oversees several Divisions, each commanded by a Major, to include the Criminal Investigation Division, Forensic Services Division, Narcotic Enforcement Division, and Special Operations Division. Each Division conducts operations that support the primary goal of the Police Department: To fight crime to provide a safe community for the citizens of Prince George’s County, Maryland.

The Bureau of Support Services consists of the following:

• The Criminal Investigations Division
• The Forensic Services Division
• The Narcotic Enforcement Division
• Special Operations Division
