You may file a complaint if you believe that a County police officer has mistreated any person.
You must be willing to cooperate with the investigation.

You must fill out a written Complaint Against Police Practices form available at:

• County Police Stations (ask a police supervisor for help)
• Public Libraries
• The County Administration Building
• Download the Complaint Against Police Practices (PDF) form

The form can also be mailed to your address.

Fill out the form completely with as much detail as possible. Incomplete information may delay the investigation. Use of force complaints must be sworn to under oath and filed within 90 days of event.

The completed form may be hand delivered to any police station or mailed to:
