On December 11, 2009, the Prince George's County Wage Determination Board adopted the following schedule of prevailing hourly rates of wages to be paid to workers and apprentices employed on Prince George's County highway construction projects bid during the period from December 16, 2009 through June 15, 2010.

Workers and apprentices employed by contractors and subcontractors in the execution of any contract for highway construction projects are to be paid not less than the prevailing hourly rates of wages applicable to straight time and overtime work. Reference: Prince George's County Code, Division 14, Sections 2-247 through 2-253.5 inclusive.

The rate of wages for overtime work shall not be less than time and a half the basic hourly rate of pay for straight time.
