The Administration Division incorporates the Director's Office and oversees the administration of all Department programs. Staff members provide guidance on policies and administrative operations, including the development of the annual budget request and the oversight of information systems. The Division advises the Office of the County Executive, County Council and other County agencies on personnel policy, employment law and the administration of collective bargaining agreements. Additional duties of this Office are to ensure the proper interpretation of personnel procedures, the update of the Personnel Law, the development of position papers on legislation and the administration of the County's Equal Employment Opportunity Plans.
