The Redevelopment Authority’s component of the NSP program focuses on acquiring, rehabilitating and selling blighted foreclosed homes to qualified buyers. The sale proceeds are recycled to purchase additional foreclosed properties.

The goal is to stabilize areas negatively impacted by abandoned or foreclosed properties and to provide homeownership opportunities to qualified buyers at an affordable price.

The Redevelopment Authority maintains an up-to-date inventory of its NSP homes for sale. Please see the Quick Links for the listing of available homes.

Another component of the NSP program is the Down Payment on your Dream Program which provides down payment and closing cost assistance to purchase vacant foreclosed homes and short sales.

First time homebuyers and those who have not owned a home in the past three years may be eligible for the program.
