The Management Services Division is responsible for budget preparation and analysis, fiscal reporting, procurement, personnel activities, payroll activities, office automation functions and the completion of routine property management issues relative to the day-to-day activities of the Department of Family Services.  The Division provides fiscal and administrative support to the four major operating units within the Department, to formulate and monitor the agency’s budget, and to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and services.  assist in the provides budgetary and financial oversight for the Department of Family Services.
