  • Evidence - Material that is presented in a court of law to help find the truth about something. Relevant evidence is evidence having any tendency to make the existence of any fact that is of consequence to the determination of the court action more or less probable than it would be without the evidence.
  • Expungement - The process of erasing arrests and convictions from public inspection. It applies only to certain types of case dispositions.
  • Extradition -  The transfer of someone accused of a crime from one jurisdiction to the jurisdiction where the criminal charges are pending.
